Tri-Tech Holding Relocates to New Office Premises in Beijing

New office to accommodate growth

Tri-Tech Holding Inc., a provider to China's water resources, municipal wastewater and industrial pollution control markets, announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters, subsidiaries of Tranhold, Yanyu and BSST to new offices in the Renji Plaza, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China.

Tri-Tech's new offices are located on the 16th floor of Renji Plaza and have more than 2,000 sq meters of office space. Tri-Tech has relocated 150 employees from its headquarters, subsidiaries of Tranhold, Yanyu and BSST, which previously located in three different office premises, to the new office location. The new offices will accommodate the existing and future space requirements.

Effective Sept. 9, 2010, Tri-Tech's new principal executive office address was changed to the 16th Floor of Tower B, Renji Plaza, No.101 Jingshun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, P.R.C, 100102.

"We are excited to move into the recently upgraded offices that occupy the entire 15th and 16th floor of Renji Plaza,” said Warren Zhao, CEO of Tri-Tech. “Responding to the rapid expansion of our business, the new office will accommodate the growth of our team in an elegant work environment. In addition, we expect the centralized new office to improve our work efficiency, enhance our ability to execute our growth strategies, build our overall corporate image and reinforce the market's confidence in our team."
