Company says this updated quality certification confirms dedication to high customer satisfaction

Garner Industries, parent company and manufacturer of the BinMaster brand of level controls in Lincoln, Neb., has received ISO 9001:2008 certification of its quality management system. First certified to ISO 9001:2000 in 2005, the company said this updated quality certification confirms the company’s dedication to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction by adhering to processes supported by a quality management system which complies with the most recent global quality standards.

Established in 1953, Garner Industries houses the BinMaster level controls line of products, which are manufactured at the company’s 78,000-sq-ft facility in Lincoln, Neb. In receiving this updated registration, Garner and its BinMaster brand said it demonstrates a continuing commitment to high standards in its approach to developing, implementing and the ongoing improvement of its quality management processes.

"BinMaster is committed to meeting the requirements of our customers, and we know that quality standards compliance is not only a customer expectation, but a necessity for gaining the trust and business of our customers," said Scott McLain, president of Garner Industries. "We are pleased to receive this latest ISO quality registration that underscores our quality track record and the consistently high level of our quality management procedures."
