Autodesk reseller adds GIS-integrated asset management to solutions portfolio

VUEWorks, Inc. has announced that Case Technologies, Inc. has joined its channel partner program. Case Technologies will provide sales, implementation and consulting for the VUEWorks GIS-integrated work order and asset management solutions in western Pennsylvania, upstate New York, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.

Case Technologies was founded in 1989 to provide strategic technology to the architecture/engineering/construction market. The firm is one of the oldest and most successful Autodesk resellers in the U.S. and has built a strong business around helping firms implement building information modeling (BIM), an intelligent and holistic approach to managing the building lifecycle. Realizing that civil infrastructure projects often face similar challenges as architectural projects, Case Technologies is applying its expertise to this new market and expanding its solutions portfolio to include asset management with VUEWorks.

Mark Dietrick, director of services for Case Technologies, commented: “Case Technologies is completely committed to providing customers with comprehensive solutions for the intelligent design, construction and on-going management of real estate projects. We are well positioned to leverage our experience and knowledge of the strategic use of technology into the broader context of all types of projects related to the built environment. VUEWorks is a vital addition to our solutions portfolio because it provides the advanced asset management capabilities required for executing large infrastructure projects.”

Alex von Svoboda, VUEWorks’ vice president of sales and marketing and former channel director for Autodesk, commented: “During my time at Autodesk, Case Technologies was a ‘go to’ partner—they continually distinguished themselves in both their technical knowledge and eagerness to meet their customer’s needs. This is exactly what we want for a VUEWorks channel partner and we extend to Case Technologies a hearty ‘welcome aboard!’”
