Debra Hagerty, PE has joined the Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) Hillside, Ill., operations office as the environmental services department manager. Hagerty is a graduate of Michigan Technology University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Tom Huerter has been appointed principal consultant for PSI’s non-destructive examination (NDE) service line. Huerter is a graduate of Siena Heights College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is located in their Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., corporate office and has been with PSI since 2006.
