24-hour programs designed to prepare SWPPP preparers and WPCMs for Caltrans and CASQA requirements

JCG Consulting will host three 24-hour Storm Water Training for Contractors courses in California this spring.

The programs are designed to help storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) preparers and water pollution control managers (WPCMs) meet Caltrans and California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) requirements. The course covers proper selection and installation of construction best management practices, SWPPP/WPCP preparation, Caltrans and CASQA SWPPP templates, water pollution control specifications and contract special provisions, preparation of a sampling and analysis plan and more.

Training sessions will be held at Ewing Irrigation offices: March 4 to 6 in Santa Ana, Calif; March 30 to April 1 in Lake Forest, Calif.; and April 29 to May 1 in Stanton, Calif.
