Century EcoWater Celebrates Half-Century in Water Treatment

Company is hosting celebration to mark 50 years in water treatment

Century EcoWater is celebrating 50 years of water treatment service in Monroe, Wis. Dan Dickey and Dale Hoesly are hosting a special celebration open to the public on Friday, Sept. 26 from 12 to 4 p.m. Enjoy popcorn, balloons and EcoWater bottled water. Equipment and salt specials will be offered, as well.

Sherm Hodgson started Century Lindsay Water Conditioning in 1958. Sometime in the late 1960’s, Don Daly bought the business and operated it until the late 1970’s, when he sold it to Dale Gruninger. Current owner Dan Dickey and his wife, Sharon, joined Gruninger in 1981. Gruninger passed away in 1996. In 2000, Dale Hoesly, who had been part of Century EcoWater as a serviceman and installer, became a partner in what is now Century EcoWater. Century EcoWater is located at 1323 9th Street in Monroe.
