New line of 222 Giant industrial housings and cartridges offers sub-micronic filtration

Keystone Filter Division of Met-Pro Corp. has introduced a new patent-pending line of 222 Giant industrial filter housings and cartridges that offer sub-micronic filtration in a low-cost, high-surface area configuration, with unique double 222 o-ring seal to ensure integrity and safety.

The 222 Giant line of housings and cartridges is available in all-polypropylene construction for cleanliness and broad chemical resistance. Housings are available in an all-polypropylene construction or with clear SAN bowls in both 10- and 20-in. sizes. The housings are designed to fit Keystone's unique line of 222 pleated polypropylene filter cartridges that are available in 0.2, 0.45, 1.0 and 5.0 nominal micron ratings.

A new Key-Cyst Filter, which also utilizes the Giant 222 style housing and cartridges, is in the process of being registered with NSF for cyst protection, and is being used by beverage bottling companies to protect their water from Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts.
