Sauereisen, a third-generation manufacturer of corrosion-resistant materials, recently announced the acquisition of Pocono Fabricators, formerly a division of Patterson-Kelley, a HARSCO corporation.
“This strategic acquisition will provide Sauereisen with the opportunity to strengthen its position in both existing and new markets,” said Sauereisen President Eric Sauereisen.
“Additionally, Pocono Fabricators’ robust product offering, including the Pre-Krete cementitious protective linings, will nicely supplement the existing polymer lining segment of our corrosion-resistant product line.”
Pocono Fabricators will operate as a separate division of Sauereisen. Pre-Krete products will continue to be promoted and supplied through an international network of distributors/applicators, helping to ensure continuity of products and services. Additionally, long-time general manager of Pocono Fabricators, Robert B. Boileau, will remain in his current position.
