Aqua-Aerobic received the 2008 Manufacturer of the Year award from Rockford Chamber of Commerce at an appreciation dinner held March 13 in Rockford, Ill.
A certificate of special congressional recognition and a trophy were presented to Aqua-Aerobic by Illinois Congressman Donald Manzullo for the company’s significant contribution to Rockford's manufacturing community.
Aqua's use of innovative technology and technical training programs for its employees and customers has made it a competitive manufacturer, producing a 52% growth in sales with only a 18% growth in staff in the past five years.
