Global Water Technologies, Inc. Reports Record Revenues and Earnings for 1999

GOLDEN, Colo. -- Global Water Technologies, Inc., a full-service water management company, has announced record operating results for the year ended December 31, 1999.

For the year ended December 31, 1999, revenues jumped 96% to $67.9 million, as compared with revenues of $34.7 million in the prior year. Operating income for the year rose to $2,131,562 as compared with operating income of $1,923,218 in 1998. Net income available for common shareholders rose to $1,284,782 or $0.004 income per basic and diluted share in 1999, versus $227,373 or $0.001 per basic and diluted share in 1998.
