Trident Technologies announced that it has acquired one of San Diego’s oldest independent industrial water treatment companies, Water Technologies, LLC. Effective July 1, 2007 Water Technologies LLC, became part of Trident Technologies, Inc.
Trident Technologies serves major industrial, commercial and institutional facilities throughout California and Mexico and is headquartered in San Diego.
“Customer’s of both companies stand to benefit from the enhanced service capabilities and expanded product offerings,” said Paul Petersen, president and CEO of Trident Technologies.
