AgION Technologies Names Ginger Merritt Vice President of Worldwide Marketing

AgION Technologies, Inc., a leader in providing silver-based antimicrobial solutions, announced that Ginger Merritt has joined the company as vice president of worldwide marketing. In this role, Merritt will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing initiatives and programs to support exponential growth. In addition, she will be leading the development and execution of the company's external communication and media relations to increase worldwide awareness of AgION’s antimicrobial technology in target markets including food and water, textiles, construction, consumer products and healthcare.

Merritt has 20 years of experience in the polymer, specialty chemical and coatings industries. Prior to joining AgION, Merritt was the Global Marketing Manager in the Can Products division at WR Grace & Co, where she was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, sales tactics and new product introductions.
