CONTECH Promotes Appenzeller to Vice President—Legal

CONTECH Construction Products, Inc. has named Rebecca Appenzeller as vice president—legal. She will be responsible for the company’s corporate legal affairs following the retirement of Bill Cordes, and she will report directly to president and CEO Pat Harlow.

Appenzeller joined CONTECH in July of 2005 with nearly 20 years of legal experience, including in-house and corporate counsel roles with such major companies as Standard Register, Emery Worldwide Airlines and AK Steel Corp. She also has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry.

Appenzeller holds a B.A. degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala., and a Juris Doctor degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She resides in Springboro, Ohio.
