Woodard & Curran Names Five New Vice Presidents

Woodard & Curran has announced that the following individuals have been named vice president:

A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in environmental health science, Shannon Eyler joined Woodard & Curran in 2002. Helping clients from the water, wastewater, groundwater remediation and hazardous waste management industries, her experience includes leading program development, implementation and evaluation; training program design and presentation; audits; and other technical or management systems reviews.

Certified professional engineer (P.E.) Ron Hidu has 21 years of experience, 17 of which are with Woodard & Curran, and he is a project manager and a Grade 4 Operator for both water and wastewater. With B.S. degrees from Rutgers University in geology and the University of Maine in civil engineering, he specializes in municipal water treatment systems, industrial and municipal wastewater treatment facility design and upgrades, sewer system evaluation surveys, and infiltration/inflow/CSO projects.

Since beginning at Woodard & Curran in 1994, Tracy Planinsek, P.E., has been involved with remedial investigations, site development and demolition evaluation, soil and groundwater chemical characterization, engineering feasibility studies, and multiple-party environmental insurance claims litigation. She earned her B.S. in chemistry and M.S.E. in environmental engineering from the University of Michigan.

Bob Rafferty, P.E., has been with Woodard & Curran since 2000, and has played a significant role in comprehensive wastewater master planning, storm water management planning, and leading edge infiltration and inflow removal programs. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, with a B.S. in civil engineering and a M.S. in environmental engineering.

After joining Woodard & Curran two years ago, Lloyd Snyder, P.E., has been integral in expanding services in the food and beverage market to include packaging and design. His experience also includes process optimization for tobacco manufacturing facilities and production machinery installation and commissioning for the plastics industry. He has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a M.B.A. in management from Mercer University.
