R. W. Beck Hires Water Project Manager in California

Joseph Makwinski joins management consulting and engineering firm R. W. Beck, Inc. as a senior project manager for the Utility Service Practice in the Water and Waste Resources (WWR) sector. He is based in the San Diego office.

A professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience, Makwinski will lead a team of civil and mechanical engineers on consulting and design projects, and will supervise the preparation of construction documents for a variety of water and wastewater facilities.

Makwinski joins R. W. Beck from Eastern Municipal Water District in Perris, Calif., where he was director of the New Business Development Department.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, and an MBA degree from Fordham University in New York.
