Ping-Kuen Lee, an associate director of B&V Water in the Hong Kong office, has been appointed to a key government policy unit in Hong Kong. Lee will hold his position as a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit (CPU) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region until December 2006.

CPU policy research and analysis cover a wide range of long-term social, political and economic topics for the Commission on Strategic Development.
