Watts Water Technologies Acquires Calflex Manufacturing, Inc.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. has acquired Calflex Manufacturing, Inc. in an asset purchase transaction.

Watts Water Technologies CEO Patrick S. O’Keefe commented, “Calflex Manufacturing, Inc., based in Vernon, Calif., with additional production facilities in China, manufactures a range of water connectors and complimentary products currently manufactured by Watts in North American and Asia. Calflex markets its well-known brands into the wholesale, OEM and do-it-yourself markets in the U.S. and has approximately $7 million in annual revenue.”
