Rob Gledhill Named Blue-White Industries Vice President of Manufacturing

Robert Gledhill was elected vice president of manufacturing at the annual Blue-White stockholder’s meeting held in January 2006. Blue-White’s CEO, Fran King, made the official announcement at Blue-White’s January Board of Director’s meeting. The news was met with resounding applause.

Gledhill began his Blue-White career while still a student at Orange Coast College. After earning his degree, he became a full-time member of the Blue-White team.

Gledhill excelled in mechanical drawing and design, but his knowledge of computer systems and his problem solving skills soon earned him a promotion to IT Manager. He managed Blue-White’s computer hardware systems, which include five servers and 35 workstations. In addition, he developed the Blue-White technical website, which includes installation instructions, parts schematics, technical information, articles and instructional videos.

Gledhill has become an important part of our product research and development program. He has a can-do attitude, and his innate design and artistic skills are a valuable asset. He was a natural to move into the position of vice president of manufacturing.
