Royal Spring Water Receives Letter of Intent for Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands and Latin America

Royal Spring Water, Inc., bottler and distributor of Artesian spring water, has received a letter of intent for a minimum three-year contract for the territories of Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands and Latin America, for approximately 1,000,000 cases per year (24(x) 500 ml (16.9 oz) bottles per case). The letter was signed by Jose Fuentes, president and CEO of Aguas Claras International Distributors, Inc.

"We are delighted to have such an important distributor join Royal Spring Water's distribution companies," said CEO and chairman of the board Alex Hazan from his office in Los Angeles.

"We are very pleased that Royal Spring Water would be able to supply us in Puerto Rico with a very high quality of bottled water for a very competitive price,” said Fuentes. “Based on both the taste of Royal Spring Water and output quantity, it would be economically advantageous for us to obtain our supply of bottled water from Royal Spring Water, and we welcome such opportunity."
