Itron Launches New Corporate Website

Itron Inc. announced the launch of its new website at www.itron.com. The new site features many improvements for visitors that make it easy to find the information they seek about Itron’s broad solution portfolio, and how to apply those solutions to specific business challenges. The new site also provides much easier access to region- and language-specific content for global visitors.

Itron’s new website has an entirely new design, with an improved search engine and robust multimedia content representing key elements of Itron’s vision and integrated solution portfolio. The site also makes it much easier for visitors to connect with the Itron people they need to reach for product information requests, sales and customer support. website “We built our new website with the user experience and customer needs as the key drivers,” said Kurt Heimbigner, Itron’s senior marketing website specialist. “We also wanted to better represent our strong brand, and provide the knowledge visitors are seeking in the most accessible and efficient manner.”

For instance, the site offers new, more intuitive product categorizations, with quick and easy access to related events and timely, relevant news. A new solutions section has also been added that maps Itron products and services into comprehensive solutions addressing key business challenges for Itron customers.
