Wataire Industries Corporate Update

Wataire Industries, Inc., a company that manufactures and distributes atmospheric water generators used for the harvesting of water from the atmosphere, is pleased to announce to the shareholders that the dividend share exchange will commence on Sept 6, 2005.

Wataire Industries accepted the proposed share dividend exchange for the sale of the marketing rights of Wataire's Atmospheric Water Generators. All shareholders of record on and including June 30, 2005 will receive one share of a fully reporting OTCBB for each share held in WTAF.

Wataire Industries principals are currently negotiating the sale of the manufacturing rights of the company and will update all shareholders in due course.

Production is on schedule in Wataire's manufacturing facility in Cape Breton, NS, Canada. The company does not anticipate any delays and expects to be shipping by the third week in August. "We are preparing to ship our first commercial units. They could very well become the first permanent solution to water shortages in many areas of the world," said Phil Fraser, president of Wataire Industries.

Company officials are preparing for their announced trip to Yemen where they are to meet both private and government officials to introduce the companies products. Wataire is very pleased with the progress of this particular agent and as stated by Wataire Industries Vice President, Nand Shankar, "We anticipate this to be a long and prosperous partnership, and we are elated with the opportunity to help the people of Yemen for many years to come."
