EPA Publishes New National Management Measures to Control Nonpoint Source Pollution from Forestry

The EPA recently published new National Management Measures to Control Nonpoint Source Pollution from Forestry, a technical guidance and reference document for use by State, Territory, and authorized Tribal managers as well as the public in the implementation of nonpoint source (NPS) pollution management programs in forest settings.

The new guidance contains information on the best available, economically achievable means of reducing nonpoint source pollution that can result from forestry activities.
