Mid-Year Meeting in Quebec City Features State of the Industry Luncheon

The meeting will be a thorough analysis of the key pressures and opportunities facing the industry along with a review of WQA activities in those areas

Water Quality Association will be holding its Mid-Year meeting in Quebec City, Canada at the Loews Le Concorde Quebec from September 14-16, 2005. The meeting will feature a State of the Industry luncheon on Thursday at noon. This will be a thorough analysis of the key pressures—and opportunities—facing the industry along with a review of WQA activities in those areas.

Every WQA section—Dealer; Manufacturer/Supplier; Industrial/Commercial; Retail Channel; and International—will hold meetings on Thursday. During the section meetings key strategic discussions and networking will occur in industry sectors. In addition, the four management committees and several hot-button task forces will convene during Mid-Year.

The Water Quality Research Foundation will again be offering both golfing and tennis fundraisers to raise funds for the important work of the WQRF. They will also host a ticketed benefit dinner and reception Thursday evening.
