Nelsen Corporation Opens New Facility in Phoenix

Nov. 24, 2004

After nearly two years of planning, Nelsen Corporation hosted a grand opening of their new location in Phoenix, Ariz. The opening took place November 17-18, 2004 at the new sales and distribution center at 5701 West Latham Street in Phoenix.

The opening featured product demonstrations from vendors such as Fleck and Autotrol as well as displays and representatives from Clack, UV Pure, Flowmatic, Better Water, Pro Products, R-Can and KX Industries.

All attendees enjoyed refreshments, a catered lunch, extra discounts and numerous door prizes from both Nelsen and vendors.

"This new facility will really help us serve our customers in the western states. Not only will it help alleviate freight costs, but the storefront will be a convenience for local dealers," explained Dave Nelsen, vice president of Nelsen Corporation.

The new facility features a full warehouse complete with Nelsen’s full inventory, plus a storefront for customers to buy directly.

The center will primarily serve customers located west of the Rocky Mountains.

Headquartered in Akron Ohio, Nelsen has grown into a national industry leader, distributing a wide range of water conditioning systems that meet their customers’ requirements.
