McClay Joins Haley & Aldrich

Haley & Aldrich, a national underground engineering and environmental consulting firm, announced that Donna McClay has joined the firm’s San Diego office.

McClay brings more than 25 years of experience specializing in environmental program management including environmental compliance and permitting, compliance auditing, and hazardous materials management.

She has conducted soil and groundwater investigations, and has managed multi-disciplinary hazardous materials and environmental planning programs for public and private sector clients.
