Baxter & Woodman Add Environmental Specialist

P>Baxter & Woodman, Inc., Consulting Engineers added Penny F. Bouchard as an environmental specialist working out of the firm’s Grayslake, Ill., office.

Bouchard brings an expanded capability to the firm in the area of wastewater pretreatment programs. Bouchard also brings with her 25 years of professional environmental experience in industrial wastewater enforcement and laboratory management, most recently employed as the Industrial Environmental Controller for the North Shore Sanitary District in Gurnee, Ill. Under Bouchard’s supervision, the North Shore Sanitary District earned a National Pretreatment Program Excellence Award from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
