Silbovitz Receives New England Water Works Association’s Highest Award

Alan M. Silbovitz, PE for Dewberry, a civil, structural and construction engineering/inspection firm, was awarded the George Warren Fuller Memorial Award from the New England Water Works Association. Silbovitz serves as Dewberry’s director of environmental engineering in their Boston office.

The George Warren Fuller Memorial Award was established in 1937 and are given each year to members of the AWWA. The award is given by the NEAWWA for distinguished service in the water supply field and in commemoration of the sound engineering skill, brilliant diplomatic talent, and constructive leadership which characterized the life of George Warren Fuller.
