Gorman-Rupp Declares Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of The Gorman-Rupp Co. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share on the common stock of the company, payable Sept. 10, 2003, to shareholders of record Aug. 15, 2003. This marks the 214th consecutive dividend paid by the Co.
