ATI to Acquire Quantum Analytical from Racine Federated

A letter of intent for Analytical Technology Inc to acquire the Quantum Analytical Instrument product line from Racine Federated has been signed by leading officials from both companies.

John Becker, president of ATI and John Erskine, president of RFI signed the agreement last week. As part of the agreement, ATI has made employment offers to key Quantum personnel.

ATI serves the water & wastewater treatment industry.
