NSF Appoints New CIO

NSF International, The Public Health and Safety Company(tm), has appointed Chandana Kathuria as senior director of information technology and chief information officer. Kathuria will focus on IT solutions that support and service the needs of NSF and its clients.

Before joining NSF, Kathuria served as a business leader for discovery research informatics within Pfizer working closely with various technology groups to develop and deploy global applications. Kathuria holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering and a Master of Science in computer science and engineering.

"I immensely enjoy partnering with the business units to provide effective and quick IT solutions," said Kathuria. "I look forward to doing more of this with the NSF team."

"Chandana brings with her impeccable communication, management and technical skills," said Kristen Reimink, senior vice president and chief financial officer. "She will help NSF create value for our customers using information technology."
