Paul Overbeck Will Serve as Chairman for International Ozone Association Pan American Group

Paul Overbeck, President of GDT Water Process Corporation, was elected Chairman of the International Ozone Association - Pan American Group (IOA PAG) for a two-year term starting on 01 January 2003.

Overbeck stated, "I am proud of this opportunity to lead this extremely active ozone group. I especially look forward to PAG hosting the 16th Ozone World Congress to be held at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas from 01-05 September 2003."

Paul has been active in the water treatment industry since 1977 and with ozone since 1982. Prior to founding GDT in 1996, Paul was Chief Operating Officer for Osmonics Incorporated- Phoenix Operations, where he was responsible for OREC™ Ozone, Lakewood Instruments and inorganic membrane filtration strategic business units.

He has been active in many industry and trade associations including the American Water Works Association, Institute of Food Technologists - Non Thermal Processing Group, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, International Bottled Water Association, Water Quality Association and the International Water Association.
