Winters Instruments Acquires Commercial Thermowell

Winters Instruments, based in Toronto, has announced the acquisition of Commercial Thermowell -- located in Richmond, Virginia.

This is the fourth acquisition in the past 60 days for the Winters Corporation. Winters Instruments is a multinational industrial instrumentation organization. Winters specializes in manufacturing pressure and temperature instruments including pressure gauges, thermometers, pressure transmitters, pressure switches and related accessories.

Winters' other locations are in Buffalo, New York; Houston, Texas; Capetown , South Africa; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The company's distribution centers include Paris, France and Shanghai, China.
