Life O2 SuperOxygenated Water to be On Shelves in NYC Mid-April

BEVsystems International, Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with S.K.I. Beer Corp. (S.K.I.) to become the exclusive distributor of Life O2 SuperOxygenated Water in the metropolitan New York City area. BEVsystems' patented technology infuses its Life O2 Water and global co-branded products with up to 15 times (1,500 percent) more oxygen than ordinary bottled water.

S.K.I. is a major distributor of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with an outstanding track record of introducing new products and achieving rapid distribution and sales. BEVsystems' Life O2 Water is expected to be available in selected New York City retail outlets by mid-April. The formal product launch of Life O2 Water is scheduled for the May-June time frame with significantly broader distribution throughout Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and The Bronx.

Ralph Mauriello, president of S.K.I. Beer Corp., stated: "We are pleased to enter into an agreement with BEVsystems to bring its unique Life O2 Water to New York consumers. We've been impressed by the remarkable level of consumer enthusiasm and acceptance of Life O2 Water at such high profile events as the Nasdaq-100 Tennis Tournament and the Miami and Fort Lauderdale Corporate Runs. We believe that New York consumers will become equally excited about Life O2 Water.

"S.K.I. recognizes the importance to suppliers of having their brands receive what we call a dedicated share of mind. S.K.I. has consistently demonstrated its full and persistent commitment to driving each of the brands we distribute to marketplace success, unlike many of our competitors whose support is almost exclusively for their few major brands to the near exclusion of smaller yet equally worthy brands."

G. Robert Tatum III, chairman and CEO of BEVsystems International, Inc., commented: "We are proud to be associated with S.K.I. Beer Corporation in our joint effort to launch BEVsystems' Life O2 Water into the New York metropolitan area. Their excellence in beverage distribution, combined with their comprehensive understanding of how to navigate and leverage the unique characteristics of the diverse New York City marketplace, will help to make Life O2 Water the preferred water choice of New Yorkers over time. We look forward to working with Ralph and his team at S.K.I."

Life O2 Water and other co-branded products utilizing the Life O2 Water SuperOxygenation process are available in 22 countries. Since introduction, Life O2 Water has sold more than 42 million bottles internationally. Along with BEVsystems' own state of the art production facility in Clearwater, Florida, the Company's proprietary equipment, which infuses bottled water with medical grade oxygen, is installed in 11 international bottling plants.

BEVsystems International, Inc. has extensive U.S. distribution, including a master distribution agreement with GNC Nutrition Centers. In addition to the New York City metropolitan area, the Company is currently launching Life O2 SuperOxygenated Water in the South Florida market and is commencing the introduction of Life O2 Water into other major U.S. markets. In just four months since the South Florida launch, Life O2 Water is being distributed from more than 800 retail locations.

Life O2 Water is the official water of the NASDAQ-100 Open International Tennis Tournament, as well as the Miami and Fort Lauderdale Corporate Runs.
