This two-day forum will review the risks associated with international contracts, the security status of the Nation's water utilities, the establishment of crisis management programs, and the negotiating of contracts to minimize exposure and maximize profits. The format includes solution-oriented presentations by specialists in their fields and breakout discussion groups to exchange ideas and encourage interaction among industry leaders.
One of the principal speakers will be Peter Beering, Deputy General Council with IWC Resources Corporation, and its subsidiary, the Indianapolis Water Company. He serves on the Department of Justice's National Domestic Preparedness Program and is one of the Nation's leading authorities on water security and bio-terrorism.
The WWEMA Financial & Contract Administration Council provides a great opportunity for water and wastewater equipment manufacturers to network, discuss industry trends, and learn what new finance and contractual issues are facing manufacturers.
