The board of directors of the Gorman-Rupp Co., at a meeting held Thursday, Oct. 25, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the common stock of the company, payable Dec. 10, 2001, to shareholders of record Nov. 15, 2001. This marks the 207th consecutive dividend paid by Gorman-Rupp.
