Hancor, Inc.’s BLUE SEAL watertight pipe has become the first to meet the Mexican Water Commission’s stringent standards. No other Mexican or Foreign manufacturer has achieved this certification.

After a rigorous audit process, verified by a third party, which covered manufacturing processes, quality control assurance, standard product compliance, and strict product testing, the Mexican Water Commission issued a plant and product certification to Hancor, Inc. locations in Texas, California and Central Lab in Ohio.

This product certification states that Hancor’s BLUE SEAL product, in diameters from 12" to 60", complies with the Mexican Standard NOM 001 CAN Water Tightness. This certification gives the Mexican market the assurance of obtaining the best in storm water and sanitary sewer system technology available in the market today. BLUE SEAL is 3rd party verified to meet 10.8 psi water and vacuum testing. This total gravity flow solution utilizes a highly engineered composite pipe joining system ideal for storm sewers, detention systems, and cross, slope or edge drains.

"Hancor’s new highly-engineered product is raising the bar and setting new standards for watertight solutions in the North American marketplace. There is a real need for reliable watertight solutions of this level of quality," said Bill Altermatt, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hancor.
