The International Bottled Water Association announced the appointment of Patrick B. Donoho as Vice President of Government Relations.

Illinois Governor George Ryan has appointed Renee Cipriano as the new director of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Cipriano will replace Director Thomas Skinner, who is leaving to take a position with the US EPA.

GE Fanuc has named Jeff Christensen as President and CEO of GE Fanuc Motion Business, a supplier of industrial control systems.

Jay Eversoll has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Plastic Trends, a producer of plastic-pipe fittings.

The O'Brien & Gere Comapnies, engineering service providers, have announced the addition of Ronald S. Kruise, PE as Senior Managing Engineer in the St. Louis, Mo office.

Black & Veatch announced that Bill Jones, vice president - design-build, will be responsible for all aspects of the design-build project execution. Also announced wa sthe naming of Blake Childress to vice president - business development and Jack Small as manager of construction.

PointServe, a supplier of enterprise software solutions for service supply chains named Ronald Beck as Vice President of Sales.
