Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation has announced an agreement with food distributor Fleming Companies, Inc. for distribution of its all-natural Hydrator™ line throughout Texas and the Southwest.
Through its more than 25 distribution centers, Fleming serves 3,000 supermarkets including more than 700 North American stores of global supermarketer IGA and other regional banners, as well as 6,800 convenience stores and more than 2,000 supercenters, discount, limited assortment, drug, specialty and other businesses nationwide.
"The addition of Fleming ... is a major step forward for Aqua Vie's regional marketing and distribution," said Thomas Gillespie, president and chief executive officer. "We look forward to expanding our presence in both the grocery and convenience sectors as a result of this agreement."
Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation develops and markets all-natural, lightly flavored, still (non-carbonated) bottled spring water. The company's low calorie alternative beverages are bacteria-free and contain no preservatives. Fleming's primary business is buying and selling merchandise.
