The International Desalination Assn. is a non-profilt association. It has 2,600 core members from 60 countries with an additional 4,000 affiliate members. Members of the association and professionals across the desalination industry biennially congregate for the IDA World Congress, the world's ost anticipated and prestigious desalination and water reuse event. In 2019, the event will be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority will host the event at the Dubai World Trade Center.
