The 2017 Water for Food Global Conference will be held April 10 to 12 at the Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln, Neb. The event will examine work that ensures water for food security on local and global scales.
Speakers from academia, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and the private industry will share best practices and advances in science, technology and policy that are helping achieve greater food security with less pressure on water resources. The event also includes special networking events, a student poster competition, a photography competition and a Nebraska BBQ banquet.
