Asset Management Planning

May 27, 2014

Water and wastewater utilities understand the importance of effectively managing their facilities, their distribution and collection networks; however, utilities also are not without the knowledge that maintaining, rehabilitating and replacing these assets comes with a significant price tag.

So how do utilities manage in today’s tough financial environment?

Having a comprehensive asset management plan in place helps utilities not only identify needs for future investment, but also maximizes the efficiency across all utility resources.
