WWD at IFAT

May 7, 2012

This week, I have the opportunity to attend IFAT ENTSORGA 2012, a global trade fair for water, sewage waste and raw materials management, which takes place every other year in Munich, Germany.

More than 2,900 exhibitors have booked exhibit space at this year’s fair—up from 2010 when the show attracted 2,730 exhibitors from 49 countries and 110 visitors from 185 countries.

The event’s program will cover a broad range of topics of importance to the environmental sector, including theme specials, panel discussions and exhibitor presentations.

Day One kicks off with an update from the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety; and the Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Public Health.

Stay tuned for more Water & Wastes Digest updates from the show.
