It will be held in two locations this year—Chicago on May 3 and 4, and Atlanta on Sept. 20 and 21. The Chicago conference will feature educational sessions hosted by expert speakers on various types of pumps, a keynote speaker as well as lunch and a tour of a local facility. There is a clear advantage to instant communication via a smart phone or the Internet in today’s world, but there is still nothing that compares to meeting face to face with peers and experts and discussing common challenges and solutions. Workshops like these provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience that is worth the time and effort and goes beyond viewing a product on a webpage, for example.
