GE Water & Process Technologies, Household Water Group Announces Promotion

GE Water & Process Technologies, Household Water Group announced the promotion of D. Samuel Karge to the position of global director of Sales & Marketing. Karge will be responsible for global strategy, new product development, and sales and marketing activities for water treatment products manufactured by GE for the professional dealer channel.

Karge joined the company in 1997 as a marketing assistant. He then held positions of increasing responsibility in Marketing and Product Management. He was responsible for the launch of the Logix control and Merlin drinking water system. He has also traveled extensively and been instrumental in increasing sales of GE Household Water Group products into Europe and Asia.

Karge earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997.
