Crane Environmental Acquires Force Filtration Systems

Crane Environmental, a designer and manufacturer of specialized water purification solutions, announced the acquisition of Florida-based Force Filtration Systems. Force's strengths in small and medium reverse osmosis machines will complement Crane's medium and large machine capabilities.

Several key Force Filtration employees will join Crane Environmental. "We plan to make this a seamless transition for all our customers," said John Marrinucci, president of Crane. "We are excited about the opportunity of bringing together two customer focused businesses that address different market segments with crodss-flow membrane technology solutions."
