Kaeser Breaks Ground on Building Expansion

Dec. 17, 2014
The expansion will add approximately 50,000 sq ft to the company's Virginia headquarters

Kaeser Compressors has broken ground on a new building expansion to their headquarters in Fredericksburg, Va.

Representatives from building contractor Emerald Construction, architect McKinney & Co., the Office of Economic Development and Tourism for Spotsylvania County, former Company President Reiner Mueller, and Kaeser employees attended the event.

"As Kaeser grows, our commitment to providing superior customer service and delivering exceptional products will not change.  Neither will our ties to the Spotsylvania community. These are all facets of what has helped make Kaeser successful," Mueller said. "The additional square footage we are adding will give us more opportunities to continue being who we are."

The expansion will add approximately 50,000 sq ft, accommodate more inventory, and facilitate improvements to the company's growing packaging and shipping operations.
