Webinar to Provide Details on Clean Water Rule

A webinar will be held Thursday, Aug. 27 from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT to provide more details about the final Clean Water Rule. This webinar will provide a review of the final rule, answer some commonly asked questions, and discuss what to expect as the rule is implemented.  

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army signed the Clean Water Rule on May 27, 2015, to protect the streams and wetlands from pollution and degradation. The final rule is effective Aug. 28, 2015.
