Water Right's Acquisition of Testing Company Provides Single Source for Testing Services

With its recent acquisition of Clean Water Testing, LLC (CWT), Water Right has gained the ability to provide state-certified water testing services in addition to the water treatment systems sold and serviced nationwide
Nov. 20, 2003

Since 1959, Appleton-based Water Right, Inc., has manufactured water treatment systems for rural well water. With its recent acquisition of Clean Water Testing, LLC (CWT), Water Right has gained the ability to provide state-certified water testing services in addition to the water treatment systems sold and serviced nationwide. Though testing is done primarily for well drillers, pump installers, and realtors, CWT also tests water for municipalities, schools, rural homeowners and rural businesses.

Since water testing and treatment go hand-in-hand, tests for common groundwater elements such as hardness, iron, manganese and pH are commonplace among system manufacturers. However, with an experienced, state-certified lab operating as a Water Right business entity, the company gains the ability to also test for water impurities that can affect consumer health and safety. This includes tests for coliform bacteria, nitrates, fluoride, arsenic and lead.
