Wachs Water Services Awarded Mid-Atlantic Contracts

The company will perform condition assessment services in water distribution systems

Wachs Water Services has recently been awarded several multi-year contracts to perform condition assessment services in water distribution systems. The contracts have a combined value of approximately $10 million.

Clients include the Metropolitan Water District of Baltimore City and County, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission and the City of Rehoboth Beach, Del. Much of this work will be performed with several established key partnerships that include D/MBE certified firms in the Mid-Atlantic region.

We continue to help utilities nationwide to develop proactive asset management driven solutions that reduce risk and give the utilities the biggest return for their investment," said Wayne Pratt, vice president of client development.

Wachs Water Services is positioned to help utilities overcome current and future water distribution challenges by offering a full range of services required to cost-effectively manage their water distribution systems including: valve management and hydrant management, pipeline condition assessment, leak detection and GIS/CMMS mapping solutions.
