IPR Hires Development Manager for Southeast Region

Scott Pannell will fill development manager role

Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR) has hired Scott Pannell to fill the role of business development manager for its southeast region.

“‘Scott brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the table for us,” said Mike Vellano, vice president of sales and marketing. “We believe this will go a long way in securing more trenchless design/build projects in the Carolinas, Eastern Tennessee and in Southern Virginia.”

Pannell has nearly two decades of sales, marketing and management experience within the civil engineering products industry. Throughout his career, he has excelled in delivering solutions, driven results and specialized in fueling company growth.

Prior to joining IPR, Pannell worked as sales engineer and project consultant for Contech Engineered Solutions. He also spent more than 12 years at Oldcastle Inc., where he served as vice president of engineered products and business development positions. During his tenure, he oversaw product promotion of civil engineering systems to state/federal agencies, municipalities, consulting firms and developers.

Pannell, who resides in Charlotte, N.C., holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and is a member of The American Society of Civil Eng.
